Located near the town of Hornachuelos, El Centro de Naturaleza Cañada Verde is an accommodation surrounded by nature and located in the Sierra de Hornachuelos Nature Reserve, Biosphere Reserve and Unesco Starlight Reserve. It consists of a Hostel and Guesthouse and is part of the Centro de Naturaleza Cañada Verde and has 11 rooms each with a bathroom and views of the mountains. Each room can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.

The hostel also has an air-conditioned restaurant specialising in dishes from the mountains, local game, and traditional dishes from Córdoba and the surrounding area. There are also sunny terraces, with views of the ravines in the mountains, and there is a saltwater infinity pool.

As a Guesthouse it is ideal for the accommodation of all kinds of groups, families, schoolchildren, hikers and cyclotourists. Facilities for bicycles include an interior parking area, a washing area and a workshop. The hostel is also an excellent starting point for a number of trails through the Sierra de Hornachuelos Nature Reserve and spectacular cycling routes through this amazing countryside. It is also located 400 m. from the GR-48 Track, which is accessible by bicycle from Santa Elena (Jaén) which runs all the way to Portugal and through the entire Sierra Morena.

In the installations you can also see dry stone walls (UNESCO World Heritage Site), shelters from the Miocene epoch, fossil beaches and cliffs, etc. And you can enjoy multiple activities surrounded by nature, Farm and Wildlife Park with animals in semi-freedom, Multi-Adventure Park and acrobatic zip lines, Explorers Park, Climbing Wall, Palaeontological Classroom, etc.
