This unique restaurant is run by José Manuel Córdoba, son of the founder of El Faro de Cádiz, Gonzalo Córdoba, from whom he and his brother Fernando have inherited enough skills to not only continue the restaurant’s success, but to beat it.

José Manuel will delight you with traditional Andalusian cuisine. His casseroles, fish caught in the Strait and delicious desserts made this an unforgettable experience.
