About
The place where the museum is today used to be the basement of a large Roman building, possibly a temple in honor to goddess Minerva.
The most important piece from the archaeological point of view is a beautiful Egyptian vase that dates from the 17th century B.C. It is sculpted in solid quartz and was discovered in a local house. Many other funerary objects have also been found there, ranging from urns to jewels that were part of funeral goods.
Available group guides in spanish, english, italian and french.
