LEECHES OF THE GUADIANA

On Tuesday, July 4th, the band from Extremadura "Sanguijuelas del Guadiana" arrives at STARLITE CLUB for the first time.

Sanguijuelas del Guadiana is a rock and roots music band formed by three childhood friends who have become one of the great phenomena on the national scene.

Their sound is characterized by fusing traditional urban rock with avant-garde and electronic elements, such as the use of synthesizers and autotune. Among his main influences are historical references of Spanish music such as Extremoduro, Estopa, Los Chunguitos, Daft Punk, El Bicho and Dellafuente.

His lyrics reflect autobiographical experiences, love for his land and the vindication of life in the rural areas of "emptied Spain".
