Seville will become the capital of tourist innovation with the Tourism Innovation Summit. The congress takes place in the Seville Exhibition and Conference Centre and the main objective is to transform the tourism sector through innovation, technology and sustainability. The Tourism Innovation Summit has an agenda specifically designed for each professional profile. It includes networking sessions, forums and specialised conferences with top level speakers for each segment of the tourism sector including destinations, the airlines, mobility, operators and distributors, agencies and MICE .
For 3 days the Tourism Innovation Summit will enable access to a professional platform focussing on the transformation of the tourism sector, by means of the latest technological advances. A venue designed to be up-to-date on the latest trends, presenting solutions and new business models. Sector leaders will also share there experience and successes to jointly redefine a new era for tourism.

The new technologies that will be displayed at the Tourism Innovation Summit will include: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, predictive analytics, cloud, robotics and marketing automation. These will be awarded for those solutions that introduce outstanding innovations in the field of customer experience and integrate business models and technology that involve a substantial change to the current tourism sector.
